As per our Ministry of Labour rule & regulations, we required the following document for recruitment of manpower from Nepal.

These documents are necessary to advertise and to carry all the document including passports for visa endorsement. So we required the documents in advanced. These document are mandatory to get permission from the Department of Labour or Ministry of Labour.
The sponsor can themselves come to Nepal for their selection of Workers can send the document to us authorizing us to select the workers on our responsibility. Visa can only be endorsed either in India i.e. Delhi, Mumbai Or Dhaka, (Bangladesh) due to non existence of Saudi,Qatar,Kuwait, Baharain,Malayasia, U.A.E & Oman embassies in Nepal.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISA STAMPING

Authorization Letter: Addressing to his Excellency “ The Consular General ” of Saudi Arabia in Dhaka, New Delhi or Mumbai (wherever the Block Visa has been sent) and for Malaysia Embassy in Nepal, authorizing:“ International Manpower Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. “holding licence No. 309/059/060. It is located in Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Power of Attorney: Authorizing “ International Manpower Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. “ to be true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal.

Demand Lette : Addressed to “ International Manpower Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. ” Mentioning numbers of workers required in each category with salary, duty hours and other benefits.
4.
Visa Slip: Photocopy of the visa slip is required if the block visa is for Mulit- Nation and if the Block visa is for Nepalese national only then the “Original is required”.
5.
Company Registration (C.R) copy: One copy (Photostat) is required.
